A Global top 5 market-leading Pv manufacturer are looking for a senior sales manager to help with the expansion of the German region.Sales Manager- Germany -70-120k plus benefits Duties Capture new business opportunities to drive growth. Develop the strategy for your markets to hit monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers. Regularly business travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region to introduce new product, new solution. Collaborate with the developer, subcontractors, municipal entity, equipment suppliers, and site-specific construction suppliers to develop a cost-efficient solution to present to the customer. Design and implement strategic business plans that expand the company’s customer base and drive revenue generation. Report on sales activity and present sales, revenue and expense records What we look for: Bachelor, master’s degree in business, electrical, power or related fields A strong network of business contacts (installers, energy suppliers, PV power plants, wholesalers etc) At least 5 years of B2B experience in PV or renewable Energy industry or working for a PV Distributor / Wholesaler. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs. Proficiency both in written and spoken in English and local language .Experience of using salesforce CRM is preferred. Driving license is preferred Powered by JazzHR
